Blue Door Summit 2025

Young people discover who they are, gain abilities to sharp their own lives, and learn how to participate in the world through relationships.  In this learning experience, leaders will work directly with Search Institute though leaders, reflecting on their work through the Developmental Relationships Framework and Developmental Ecosystem.  They'll reflect on the ways adult relationships impact their work, analyze the supports and systemic barriers that impact relationship-building, and co-create a shared plan for how to work with their staff to build an equitable relationship-rich organization so that each and every person can thrive.
