Session Goals: What You'll Master by the End of Our Adventure!
By the time we’re done, you’ll be able to:

• Crack the Code: Understand why conflict resolution and calming intense moments are game-changers.
• Connect the Dots: See how resolving conflicts and cooling the heat ties perfectly into the Mission and Core Values of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware.
• Unlock the Steps: Learn proven, research-backed techniques to handle tense situations with both adults and kids.
• Level Up: Put your new skills to the test as you practice calming the storm and bringing the peace like a pro.

This is a 4 hour session, filling the 10:50-12:50 and 2:10-4:10 time slots.  You will break for lunch from 12:50-2:00
