In this learning experience, participants will reflect on their work through the lens of the Development Relationships Framework. They'll consider the mindsets they bring to relationship-building, reflect on growth areas and practical actions to take, and plan next steps in their specific program context to build inclusive developmental relationships so that each and every young person can thrive.

Young people discover who they are, gain abilities to sharp their own lives, and learn how to participate in the world through relationships.  In this learning experience, leaders will work directly with Search Institute though leaders, reflecting on their work through the Developmental Relationships Framework and Developmental Ecosystem.  They'll reflect on the ways adult relationships impact their work, analyze the supports and systemic barriers that impact relationship-building, and co-create a shared plan for how to work with their staff to build an equitable relationship-rich organization so that each and every person can thrive.
