Join Schools That Lead for an engaging session on the fundamentals of improvement science, a proven methodology for driving meaningful and sustainable change. Participants will gain an overview of key strategies and tools used in improvement science, including identifying root causes, testing small changes, and using data for decision-making.

In this hands-on session, participants will apply these methods to a real-world example, practicing how to diagnose challenges, design effective interventions, and measure progress. By the end of the session, attendees will leave equipped with actionable strategies to tackle complex problems and foster continuous improvement in their work.
