About me
Dr. Hendricks earned a Doctorate in Education with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University and has over 25 years extensive experience leading human resources in healthcare organizations located in Washington, DC, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. During that time, her volunteer service included membership on the Board for Western Sussex County Boys & Girls Clubs. Dr. Hendricks retired in September 2024 and currently serves as a human resources mentor and faculty for the University of Delaware Division of Professional & Continuing Studies.
An experienced platform and online trainer, Dr. Hendricks has provided group facilitation using experiential methods for multidisciplinary groups, departments and mid-level and senior leaders.
Prior to becoming a human resources practitioner, Dr. Hendricks served in the U.S. Army and was assigned to the White House Communications Agency.
Dr. Hendricks was raised in Wilmington, DE and currently lived in Seaford, DE.
